Chiropractor
Dr. Singleton is the owner and chief clinician of Mind Body Spine Chiropractic. Dr. Singleton received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2000. While receiving his education, he volunteered his time by working the Active Release Therapy tent at the Lake Placid Ironman, among other local athletic events. Dr. Singleton has also volunteered with several sports teams, including the Buffalo Gladiators, the Rochester Raptors, and the Cayuga Spartans.
After graduating, Dr. Singleton worked at the Rhode Island Spine Center as a chiropractor and assisted the office with research. Yearning to return to the Cape, Dr. Singleton took the opportunity to manage the Chiropractic Center of Orleans. A few years later, in 2003, he opened Mind Body Spine Chiropractic, then known as Brewster Chiropractic.
Over the last 20 years, Dr. Singleton has focused on optimizing the body through a patient-centered system of chiropractic care, functional exercise, and individualized nutrition plans.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, their son Jameson, and the family dog Jackson. In his leisure time, he enjoys surfing, cycling, hiking, and fishing

Christopher has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2015 as well as becoming a Certified Medical Fitness Specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and senior fitness specialist in 2021. He has previous fitness experience at Mid-Cape Athletic Club of Yarmouth, and Anytime Fitness in both Mashpee and Hyannis. In addition, he ran Functional Fitness Classes at the Barnstable Senior Center as well as doing In-Home Personal Training. He has worked with a wide variety of clients. These range from people as young as in their 20s that were training for Spartan Races and looking to join the Army. The clients also skew as old as their mid-80’s that were looking for a better overall quality of life, and everything in between. He joined Mind Body Spine because he feels there is more of a reward in helping people regain a better quality of life. He hopes to help as many people as possible gain the tools to maintain or regain their fitness.
Christopher was born and raised on Cape Cod and is a 12th generation Cape Codder. He has 3 sisters and 1 brother and also 3 nieces and 3 nephews. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling, travel, photography, writing, and content creation among other things.
Away from fitness he has written 6 books with #7 on the way, he runs his own travel/history/lifestyle blog and YouTube channel, along with a podcast.
